I just watched this documentary called "The Backyard". And holy shit. It's about these kids who want to be professional wrestlers, so they go out into their backyards and club eachother with barbedwire bats. Ummm....yea. I didn't even watch half the thing, couldn't stand to see kids getting thrown onto a carhood with thumbtacks strewn across it. Oh yea, and the time the kid stapled something to the other kid's forehead...right, that was a good one. But hey, it taught me something about rural America, right? AHHHHHH

so i've been at work since 8:30. And I haven't done anything yet. And it's 11:45. There must be SOMETHING wrong with that. Well, i'm just looking up DVDs for sale, and taking quizzes and stuff. I guess i'm allowed to do that if there's nothing else for me to do. Mei Ling is with Vera today because she's sick and in the emergency room. So it's me and Nancy Snow and Rachael at the phones, but nobody's calling. So I guess i'll tell you about this past weekend!!! I'M A VOCAL JAZZ MAJOR WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I don't think my mother truely understands how excited i am because i've been very quiet about the whole thing but i'm extremely excited. Yea, definitely. It's going to be hard, but i can definitely take it. Theory, Sightsinging, Jazz Piano...eesh. Diction, stuff like that. But i'll do it! Work hard! I won't have any time next semester, but that's okay. I had a great time with Travis and Emily, made me actually excited to go back to ithaca! Which is definitely saying something, you know that. I'm getting my ceiling done today, of my room. Before my ceiling was kind of falling down and it was a little scary, but now it's going to be sheetrock and pretty! AND, as soon as they're done with my ceiling, i get to paint my room! and THEN, when i'm done painting my room, i can put bookshelves up and everything will be grand! Computer table too, hopefully soon. So yup, that's it, that's my life presently. Oh, i have a scholarship reception tonight that i don't really want to go to, but i guess i have to cuz they gave me a thousand bucks.  NICE people they are, nice people. Let's hope they don't take it back when they find out that i just switched out of musical theatre, because that's definitely what the scholarship was for. Maybe they won't notice. hehe. I have lunch in an hour and a half, that'll be fun. Please drop a line people, bored stiff here at work sometimes ;) and if you're my boss and you're reading this...i'm just kidding. Right
