OMG worst callbacks ever. EVER. 8 hours? 8 HOURS!!!! and who am I priveleged to read for? ERMENGARDE. That's right, no Minnie Fay, no Irene, no Dolly....Ermengarde. And I read about 3 lines. Just like every other damn person that was in the room. That's it. I waited 8 hours for that. That, my friends, is bullshit. In happier news, PROM is coming! Woooo!!!! And my mother has just graced me with a CHEVROLET CAMERO CONVERTIBLE for the night!!!! mmmmmHMM!! And I went shopping for prom stuff. I've got the coolest shoes! And the cutest purse! and the best necklace!! (we bought 2 and combined them, it looks awesome!) So yea, bedtime for Lara...it's been such a stupid long fucking day. Uh huh.

Hmph. I'm not in a good mood. I don't know what got me into this lousy mood. Maybe it's cuz I had a bad visit to the dentist- apparently they don't believe I've been flossing every day cuz i'm getting this cavity RIGHT inbetween my front two teeth. I've seen it coming for a while...I don't know quite why it's there but I can't really help it. And then to top it all off my dad walks out of the back room and starts telling me about what a horrible job I do at taking care of my teeth and how disappointed my dentist was right in front of the rest of the people who were in the waiting room. And they were definitely listening to every word. It was RATHER embarressing. He apologized for it afterwards when I brought it up, he said he hadn't thought about the fact that it might have been embarressing for me. Hmph. Well, I was put into a bad mood because of it. And then we went to get subs and the place was closed for the night. So we're having Boca Burgers. Hmph. And my teeth hurt. Hmph. And it's raining outside. Stupid day. Well, this afternoon was fun anyhow. Daddy DayCare is a great movie!!!!! It's so adorable. Those kids! Ugh! I can't get enough of them! And it just reminded me of Arts Day Program at Round House and how much fun I had with those kids. Which was nice. And I went with Phoebe so it was even better! (And Martin and Bill). Phoebe and I have a ball talking about my friends...especially if they're right there. It was so much fun today. We had a great time making fun of Martin!!! Well, today's just been...meh. i think the actual best sound effect to describe today IS hmph. Which is probly why i've used it like 5 times. Either that or that horse noise that you make by buzzing your lips together. That would be a good description too. Yup. That's about all I have to say about today. Hmph.

laaaaa la laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Orange chicken is so good! orange chicken is so good. Today has been an okay day. Woke up too late to go into 4th period but got there in time for lunch with Crystal, Liz and Bill- saw Christina and Ben Kaplan-Singer at Wendy's when we got there. Ben has lost so much weight! 20 pounds in like a month. He counts his calories, even with dinner and stuff! (that's ka-razy!) He looks good, I must say. Speaking of looking good, i went to the gym again today, however i don't seem to be making any progress in looking thinner. Maybe it's cuz I eat stuff like Orange Chicken. mmmmm, orange chickennnnn. (I sound like Homer Simpson). So you wanna hear a funny story about Green Peace? Last year there was this really hot guy taking donations for Green Peace on the streets of Philly while I was there on a college visit. I attempted to make a donation, however right as I finished writing out the check he told me they couldn't take the money because I was underage. So, I let him keep the check for the address that was on it so they could send us stuff. 3 months ago I get a notice from my bank telling me that I bounced a check. I freaked out cuz last time I checked I had 12 dollars in my checking account and was NOT writing any checks. So, I looked at who it was for. Green Peace. I was kind of upset because they said they couldn't take money from me, but I DID write the check so I guess more or less they were entitled to the money. A month later, I get my monthly account thing from the bank- ANOTHER 15 dollars taken out of my account by Green Peace. This gets me a little angry but my parents said it was probly just cuz they didn't get their money the first time when the check was bounced. I let it slide since it didn't mess me up really, just put me out 15 bucks. A few days ago I find ANOTHER 15 dollars taken out of my account- FROM GREENPEACE. This is not cool. They've put me out 75 bucks now, and they weren't supposed to take ANY. So we call them. My mother explains to them what happened. They say they've got to do research on what or what I haven't signed and why I was put under a monthly pledge thing when they shouldn't be taking anything. So let's hope I get my money back, yes? And plus, if they tell me the money is rightfully theirs because I signed a piece of paper, that's bullshit cuz i'm underage, I could SUE them! And i will, dammit, I'll sue Green Peace if I have to, I want my 75 bucks back! I'm poor! So that was my excitement for today. Oh, and I saw Rachel Black! Woo! I love that girl. She's havin a great time at BerkLee (sp?). eh, what's the difference. Saw her in the congressional Starbucks after school when I was out with Bill...I made him stand around for like half an hour while I talked to Rachel...feel kinda bad, yea sorry. So I'm gonna go to my callback prep session tonight! Exciting! AND, I'll be one step ahead of the rest except for dancing because I know the songs, AND i pretty much know the lines...of course I only know Dolly's, but I'm sure I'll catch on fast enough. So ya, good stuff. Maybe I'll write more tonight.

Oh my god I'm eating icecream. Not only icecream, but chocolate chip cookiedough icecream. With 10 grams of saturated fat. Ugh! So much for the slimfast drink I had for lunch. Meh. Today was an icecream day. I'll go to the gym and work it off tomorrow. Oh my god cookie dough is so unbelievably good. It's my favorite kind of icecream! Damn you Bill for not finishing it! It's ALL your fault! I wonder if a frosty has as many calories as this icecream. I don't care. Well, yes I do but for right now, I don't care. Today was...a day. I ran a half hour on the elliptical! I'm proud of myself. But then I looked in the mirror and was thoroughly disgusted. So I guess it equalled out. Guh. I feel fat. Apparently Margarita was talking about me today. Christina overheard her. I don't think it was good about me either. Well, I'm not jumping to conclusions, but...please don't hold grudges against me and not tell me about them! If you have a problem with me why don't we address it so maybe we can overcome it or something. In other news, Bill and I went out people watching again. I had a midget check me out. Huh, one thing checked off on my list of things I want to happen to me before I die! Oh wait, that was sarcastic. Then we looked at the pictures Mike's parents took of Hello Dolly. Dude, Crystal you have GOT to see this one picture. I have no words to describe. Only that I couldn't breathe for about a minute and I almost fell out of my chair. Yes, it IS that funny. Then Christina came over and we sat online and did nothing...just downloaded some stuff for a CD Christina wants me to make for her. Then she talked me into letting her read her free choice book for English to me, which actually is quite an interesting one. It's called Snow Garden and it's got some pretty R Rated stuff in it! Whew! So that's all I did. Oh, I went in for 4th period! Remind me never to do that again, what a waste. Actually, i think i need to cuz I'm losing perspective on the music. Today was just an irritable day, but I did my best to surpass the urge to lose control and get really angry. Blech. And plus I just ate about 5 POUNDS onto my stomach. Dammit dammit dammit. I'll never do it again till after prom I swear! Thespian inductions coming up Wednesday. OH!!! And I got called back for MC's Hello Dolly! Minnie Fay here I come ; ). That would be sooooooooooooooooooooooo much fun. "oh DEAR! Oh MY will you look at that!" So it's 10:06 and Bill hasn't come online all night...I'm starting to worry. haha, yea okay, well I've got nothing better to do. arg. Any other insights for today? Just that I'm starting to really freak out about leaving for college. I don't wanna go! I'm going to be leaving everything and everyone I was ever close to except for good ol' Ben Evans and taking off to a place that's 6 hours away from Maryland and any familiar faces. And PLUS, my birthday is gonna suck because I'm not gonna know anybody by the time my birthday rolls around this year, so I'm gonna spend my 18th birthday being sulky with nobody I know. MOTHER'S DAY!!!! wooooo! And can I just say that I really, REALLY wanna have time to play softball again. I love it so much, and I tell ya, I'm pretty damn good at it if I do say so myself. Pitcher, 1st base, catcher, short stop! Woooo. Yup, so today we went to IHOP, I had me a Chicken Fajita Omelette- which was decent might I add! Then we went over to Parkside Middle School and played softball (there were a lot of us) and tossed around a football for a while. Then my cousin Karen and I ran around the track, but I wasn't wearing any shoes and the gravel tore up my feet so that didn't last long. I got my mom a "fancy" (as it was labeled) crystal for mother's day and my dad got her a book, a tea kettle (it's a cow! It's so cute!) and some food. Had a really good day. Bought another journal! (whew). It's really pretty- it's got roses on it. I'm actually coming in to school tomorrow! Yay for band! Yay for flute section! And yayyyyy for lunch! then i'm leaving. hehe, enough school for one day. Whew. So yea, going to bed now so I can get up at 8:30- BRIGHT AND EARLY!!! HAhahahaha. I love it. night night yall
